As some of you may have noticed, there's been some posts going on on my facebook and twitter account. A initiative was born about a week ago in Vienna called #PUTINMYASS - PUTIN MY ASS as the name says - stands for a movement to raise awareness AGAINST the ANTI-GAY Paragraph signed by the russian government. It is now forbidden by law (also punishable by law) that Lesbian or Gay propaganda may be shown in public or elsewhere. This bill that stigmatizes gay people and bans giving children any information about homosexuality. How it passed is nearly as notable as what it contains: By a vote of 436-0(oh wait didn't the election of Putin had kinda the same scheme of votes - WAKE UP WORLD!) with a single abstention. The bill bans the "propaganda of nontraditional sexual relations" and makes holding gay pride rallies a crime punishable with a $156 fine .
